Job summary

April ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Dayton, Ohio. The BCBA will lead clinical assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and demonstrated ethical practice.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with caregivers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
  • Ensure billable service delivery targets are met.
  • Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs per BACB standards.
  • Maintain BACB Ethics Code compliance in all activities.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
  • Educate caregivers on treatment implementation and progress.
  • Coordinate care with other providers and teams.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case reviews.

We are seeking a collaborative, clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values ethical practice, progressive approaches to behavior analysis, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Essential Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and authorization requests in accordance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Meet established billable service expectations.
  • Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and organizational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable BACB Ethics Code requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based clinical practices and organizational standards, including those established by leading organizations such as CASP and BHCOE.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with caregivers and provide education on treatment implementation and progress.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary providers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case review meetings with leadership to discuss client progress and treatment planning.
