Job summary

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinical team under BCBA supervision. We deliver assent-based ABA services that prioritize child autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths while supporting meaningful progress for children and families.

The BCaBA will assist with assessments, implement treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.

Qualifications

  • BCaBA certification in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in home, clinic, school, and community settings.
  • Reliable transportation if travel between client locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist BCBAs with behavioral assessments and skill assessments.
  • Implement, monitor, and update individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide clinical supervision and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as assigned.
  • Collect, review, and analyze treatment data to monitor client progress.
  • Assist with caregiver training to promote skill generalization across settings.
  • Complete clinical documentation and progress notes accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team. We provide assent-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that prioritize each child's autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths while helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA plays an essential role in implementing treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as directed, analyzing client progress, and supporting families through evidence-based interventions.
