Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Virginia to join our team and deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. This part-time and full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and collaboration with an experienced team to ensure exceptional care.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide ABA therapy. No caseloads; supervision is provided while another BCBA oversees the caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board Certification as BCBA through BACB is required.
• 1 year of BCBA experience or equivalent ABA therapy experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices is expected.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or equivalent experience in ABA therapy
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
