Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with families and professionals.

As part of the role, you will conduct assessments, data collection, and analyses to guide goals. Note: in-person supervision is provided while another BCBA oversees the caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.

• NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

Requirements

• $105-$120 HOURLY compensation package
