A behavioral health company is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in Maryland. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supervising a team of Behavior Technicians. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in ABA, BCBA certification, and strong skills in assessment and intervention. Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals.
  • Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Offer in-person supervision for clients while another BCBA oversees the caseload.

Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Maryland as a BCBA, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals
  • Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality services
  • NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA principles
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
