Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our Maryland team. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and work with families to implement individualized treatment plans.

You will also supervise Behavior Technicians and participate in data-driven decision making, with scheduling options including evenings and weekends. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
  • BCBA certification from BACB is required.
  • 1+ years of ASD/ABA experience is preferred.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals
  • Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality services
  • NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA principles
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
