Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to work with young adults and adults in the CBDS and shared living/outreach programs. You will apply PBIS and ABA, and contribute to client care with data-driven assessments.

You will train management and staff, develop Behavioral Support Plans, and supervise RBT staff while coordinating with the clinical team. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification and MA license required.
• 3-5 years experience preferred.
• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel.
• Approved driving record check.
• CORI background check required.

Description

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst "BCBA" to work with young adults and adults in the CBDS (Community Based Day Supports) program and our shared living and outreach program. These individuals will have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and some behavioral difficulties. Now offering a $3,000 sign on bonus!

Role

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you facilitate Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior analytic services for the above listed programs. You provide relevant training to management and staff. A key objective of the role is to implement the principles of Positive Behavior Supports for the division. Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS) is a person-centered framework with strategies designed to increase quality of life and decrease behavior that negatively affects a person’s life. The focus of PBIS is teaching new skills and making positive changes in the environment to facilitate behavior change. You will develop Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans Data compiling and analysis, guiding and supporting the management team regarding the clinical and behavioral needs of persons served. Being a part of the Individual Support Plan team for individuals with behavior and clinical needs. Assisting with the data collection to facilitate the medication management process. Management Process. Supervision And Support Of RBT Staff. REQUIRMENTS

Requirements

• BCBA Certification and licensed in the State of Massachusetts Is Required.
• 3-5 Years Previous Experience Preferred.
• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
• Approved driving record check.
• Approved criminal background check (CORI).
