As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you facilitate Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior analytic services for the above listed programs. You provide relevant training to management and staff. A key objective of the role is to implement the principles of Positive Behavior Supports for the division. Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS) is a person-centered framework with strategies designed to increase quality of life and decrease behavior that negatively affects a person’s life. The focus of PBIS is teaching new skills and making positive changes in the environment to facilitate behavior change. You will develop Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans Data compiling and analysis, guiding and supporting the management team regarding the clinical and behavioral needs of persons served. Being a part of the Individual Support Plan team for individuals with behavior and clinical needs. Assisting with the data collection to facilitate the medication management process.
