New Patterns ABA FL in Florida seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, treatment planning, and program implementation for children.

You will coach staff, monitor data, conduct parent training, and collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure quality care. Flexible hours and a supportive team are provided.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA).
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess levels of functioning through standardized assessments as well as FBA and FA.
• Develop meaningful assessments, treatment goals, and programming for each client.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing program implementation.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs.
• Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals meaningful to the family.
• Respond to parental concerns by gathering information and reporting to the Clinical Supervisor for resolution.
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.
• Communicate with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director during leadership and supervision meetings.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and improve overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.
• Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family.
• Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting the the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution.
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.
• Communicate with The Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director on a regular basis and through monthly Leadership meetings and Supervision meetings.
