New Patterns ABA FL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess behavioral needs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals. Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
