The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership for children receiving ABA therapy and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering services in the home. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, analyzes clinical data, provides caregiver education, and supervises treatment implementation to ensure every child receives ethical, evidence-based care that produces meaningful progress.
