Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care, conduct FBAs, and design individualized treatment plans while supervising RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and care teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven outcomes in everyday settings.

You will oversee data collection, adjust plans as needed, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines. Flexible in-home, daycare, and afterschool delivery models are available.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
  • Licensure: Active LBA state license in North Carolina (or eligible for immediate licensure).
  • Experience: 1–2 years designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical management software.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong leadership, client-centered pediatric care.
  • Clearances: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain CPR/BLS certification.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding clinical team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will lead high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive assessments, designing individualized Behavior Treatment Plans (BIPs), and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work collaboratively with families and care teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven outcomes tailored to each child's everyday environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) state license in North Carolina (or eligible for immediate licensure).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical management software.
