Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in the Charlotte area. This 100% in-home, full-time position focuses on clinical care, meaningful outcomes, family collaboration, and supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, setting measurable goals, analyzing data, and mentoring RBTs. Travel to client homes locally is required; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina LBA licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of experience with the same employer.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities throughout the Charlotte area.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-home BCBA position focused on clinical care, meaningful outcomes, family collaboration, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Create measurable treatment goals based on each child's needs.
• Analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans based on progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs.
• Conduct competency assessments and support treatment fidelity.
• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, SLPs, OTs, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics requirements, HIPAA, payer guidelines, and state regulations.
• Participate in clinical meetings, peer collaboration, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical ABA experience, including experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of experience with the same employer/company.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to client homes.
• Availability for a full-time schedule.

Preferred:

• In-home ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with CentralReach or similar clinical documentation systems.

Work Setting & Schedule

• 100% in-home ABA therapy
• Services are provided directly in clients' homes.
• Services are generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on client needs and schedules.
• Local travel between client homes is required.
• Not a remote position.
• Not part-time or contract.
