Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to deliver in-home, school, and community ABA services across the Phoenix area with flexible schedules and strong support. Join a team that prioritizes growth, balance, and meaningful impact for children on the autism spectrum.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus and competitive pay with weekly compensation. Immediate full-time and part-time positions available, with a warm, collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
