Job summary

Total Care ABA is a leading provider of in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy in New Mexico. We seek a BCBA to oversee treatment programs and supervise RBTs, with a fully remote setup and NM residency requirement. This role focuses on delivering high-quality services to children and families.

You will conduct client interviews, prepare individualized treatment reports, and design behavior reduction programs, while monitoring progress and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA Certification.
• Must reside in New Mexico.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
