Job summary

Total Care ABA in New Mexico is seeking a licensed BCBA for a remote, full-time position. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, guide treatment plan implementation, and prepare client reports to support progress.

The role includes designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, conducting quarterly competency assessments, and reviewing data in Central Reach to drive meaningful outcomes for children and their families, with open communication and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification.
• Must Reside in New Mexico.

• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
