Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA for a fully remote role based in New Mexico. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience, with responsibilities including supervising RBTs, conducting client interviews, and designing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
