Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a BCBA-certified professional to lead in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy across New Mexico. This remote role requires residing in New Mexico and offers a competitive salary with extensive support to help you impact children and families.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, conduct client interviews, and design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs while leveraging Central Reach for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification.
• Must Reside in New Mexico.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
