Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role serving clients in New Mexico. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, conduct client interviews, and design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

We offer competitive salary between $80,000 and $95,000 based on experience, along with extensive support, open communication, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Residency in New Mexico is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
