Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to support students across a three-site district in a full-time, onsite role. You will help launch and define the BCBA discipline within a district committed to data-driven practices.

You will collaborate with educators, psychologists, and support staff to design and implement impactful behavioral interventions, conduct FBAs, participate in IEP meetings, and coordinate services district-wide across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (no BCaBAs).
• Experience providing direct behavioral services in educational settings.
• Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, support staff.
• High level of organization and comfort managing services across multiple sites.
• District requires a redacted FBA sample and professional references for submission.

Responsibilities
