Schuylkill Valley School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide districtwide behavioral support to students and staff. The BCBA will work with school teams and families to support students with complex behavioral needs while helping staff build sustainable, evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include conducting FBA, developing Positive Behavior Support Plans, coaching staff, analyzing data, and supporting IEP teams.

Qualifikationen

• Current BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, behavioral assessment, intervention, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
• Valid Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with school teams and families to support students with complex behavioral needs while helping build staff capacity to implement effective, evidence-based practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
