The Pathway School in Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead student support using evidence-based ABA practices. This role involves conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, and improving student outcomes through collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

The Role

This is more than a teaching job—it’s an opportunity to create a classroom where young learners can thrive.

You’ll design and lead a structured, engaging learning environment using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping students build communication, independence, and confidence.

You’ll also serve as a case manager, guiding each student’s individualized program and celebrating their progress along the way.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at Pathway, you will:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data, observation, and collaboration
• Design and oversee Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs) aligned with PBIS
• Analyze behavioral data to drive decision‑making and improve student outcomes
• Partner with educators, therapists, and families to support students across environments
• Provide coaching, modeling, and training to staff to ensure fidelity of implementation
• Contribute to IEPs, Reevaluation Reports, and team meetings
• Support admissions by evaluating behavioral needs and program fit
• Help shape and refine evidence‑based clinical practices across the organization

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Strong communication, data analysis, and consultation skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain required PA clearances and comply with Act 168
