Job summary

PRO Companies is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support students in Pennsylvania school-based settings. We offer flexible schedules, clinical autonomy, and leadership opportunities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for the role.
• PA LBS licensure or eligibility is required.
• School-based experience preferred and necessary clearances.

Responsibilities

• Consult with school teams and support staff training.
• Analyze behavioral data and participate in IEP meetings.
