Total Care ABA in Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2-14, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers.

The role supports a dynamic in-center team with hybrid options for flexibility, and involves data-driven program updates and ongoing assessment using VB-MAPP and Vineland-3.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Flagstaff, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of behavior change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.).
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
