Job summary

Optimal Care ABA Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism in a hybrid in-person/remote role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of BCBA experience, an Illinois license, strong ABA knowledge, and excellent communication. You will conduct assessments, coach staff, build strong family relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism, ages 0-15. You will work closely with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and family members to create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the unique needs of each child. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing coaching and training to our team.
