Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Illinois LBA license required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each child's needs and goals.
• Mentor other BCBAs to ensure high-quality services and professional growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions.
