Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy is seeking an experienced BCBA to join its remote team delivering in‑home ABA services across Illinois for children age 0–15 with autism. In this full‑time role, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress.

Immediate start in September; remote schedule with potential in‑home assignments within 30 miles.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Illinois LBA license required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities
