Job summary

Optimal Care ABA Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism in a hybrid in-person/remote role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of BCBA experience, an Illinois license, strong ABA knowledge, and excellent communication. You will conduct assessments, coach staff, build strong family relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism in a hybrid (in person/remote) position.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans.
Provide coaching and training to our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and family members.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
