Job summary

Teksky LLC in Newton, Massachusetts is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children with autism while working within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA Certification.
  • Massachusetts LABA License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and FBAs.
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decisions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs.
  • Provide caregiver and parent training programs.
  • Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure quality service delivery.

Skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
