Job summary

Boston Behavior Learning Centers is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Center-Based Program in Canton, MA. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for professional growth.

As part of our team, you will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and other professionals to deliver cohesive care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility.
  • Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs.
  • Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans.
  • Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, supporting their professional development and clinical success.
  • Monitor client progress using data-driven decisionmaking and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide family training and support to encourage generalization of skills and support treatment success.
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive care.

What You'll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain
  • Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
  • Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs
