Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center in Massachusetts seeks a BCBA Supervisor to join Team ABC in a hybrid role with both full-time and part-time options. You will supervise clinicians, oversee behavior support plans, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments for referred clients.
  • Develop, implement, and revise behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers.
  • Monitor client progress via data analysis and assessments.
  • Complete documentation per insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers using assent-based ABA.

What you will bring to the team
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working closely with parents and families
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
What you'll do as a BCBA
  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
  • Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance
  • Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth
