Job summary

Autism Allies Incorporated in Agawam, MA is seeking a passionate BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy and guide a growing team. You will develop treatment plans, perform FBAs and VB-MAPP assessments, supervise RBTs, and track progress with data-driven updates.

Collaboration with families and school teams is essential, and flexible work-from-home options are available to support balance and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA/related field
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder
• Proficiency in FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R or similar assessments
• Leadership and supervisory experience with RBTs or BTs
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams
• Massachusetts LABA licensure preferred or obtainable on hire

• Conduct FBAs and behavioural assessments to guide goals
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff
• Monitor client progress through data collection and program updates

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per BACB guidelines

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skills assessments to guide treatment goals
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure consistency across environments
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or BTs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Massachusetts licensure (LABA) preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
