Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Client‑specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment‑plan writing, reassessments, and schedule maintenance
  • Supervise and mentor behavior therapists, including caseload management and data monitoring
  • Serve as primary point of contact for families, providing daily/weekly updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns
  • Facilitate client transitions to new teams when clinically appropriate and provide school consultation
  • Provide individual and group parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
  • Lead program development and contribute to site‑specific and company‑wide projects
  • Participate in clinical and staff meetings, and pursue professional development
  • Maintain client and family confidentiality at all times
Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification with Massachusetts license (LABA)
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA
  • At least 3 years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
  • Two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (e.g., FBA, treatment plan, behavior support plan, instructional program)
  • Two professional or academic references
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePhysical ability to lift or transport up to 40 lbs; quick mobility to follow clients during walking or running
  • Consent to a criminal background investigation
  • Travel to client homes on the South Shore as needed
