Boston Behavior Learning Centers in Quincy, MA is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based program. You will assess, design and supervise ABA treatment plans and mentor RBTs to ensure quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active MA LABA credential or eligibility to obtain.

• Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support implementation of programming by RBTs.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs to support clinical success.
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide family training to encourage generalization of skills.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning

• Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, supporting their professional development and clinical success
• Monitor client progress using datadriven decisionmaking and adjust treatment plans as neededRetrieve
• Provide family training and support to encourage generalization of skills and support treatment success
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive care

Education/Experience and Other Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain
• Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
