Succeed ABA is a leading provider of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, from infancy through age 21, delivering expert, compassionate, child-centered care in homes, schools, and community settings.

We are currently hiring BCBAs who want to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing balance, support, or professional growth, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible caseload.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
