Job summary

RightWay ABA, a woman-owned, BCBA-led company in New Jersey, provides center-based and in-home therapy for children with autism aged 2–17.

This BCBA role offers $80–$100 per hour with a hybrid supervision model, dedicated administrative support, and flexible scheduling.

You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, mentor RBTs, coordinate with families and schools, and maintain regulatory documentation. Caseloads are designed to be manageable with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • NJ LBA licensure or eligibility prior to start date.
  • Clinical ABA experience, preferably with ASD.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm, empathic approach with clients, families, and team members.
  • Proficient in behavioral data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing, Medicaid, and documentation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct observations and baselines to establish growth areas.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals to address behavioral challenges.
  • Design and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting maladaptive behaviors while building functional skills.
  • Deliver and refine interventions based on data trends and evolving clinical needs.
  • Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, or mental health providers as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory and insurance standards.
  • Stay current on evidence-based ABA research and best practices.
  • Promote inclusion and community participation for individuals with disabilities.

RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led company. RightWay ABA focuses on offering center-based and in-home therapy for children with autism between the ages of 2-17 years old.

Range:

$80-$100/hour

  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and recertification requirements.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing, Medicaid, and documentation standards is a plus.
