CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments)
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed
• Provide parent training and support
• Minimal in-person hours
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
