Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience). Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time with Flexible Scheduling Available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
