Positive Behavior Steps in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. We offer a flexible schedule, workable caseloads, and a focus on clinical quality and work-life balance to support you and your clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and oversee individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!).

Bonus Experience:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder services.
• Home, clinic, or school-based ABA.
