- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to support children with developmental differences
- Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
- Design and manage your schedule for supervising cases
- Focus on clinical care while administrative tasks are handled by a dedicated team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a transdisciplinary approach to care or collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
