We are an Autism therapy organization looking to hire experienced and career-minded BCBAs to join our team in providing ABA services to children with autism throughout Northern Virginia. In this role, you will be required to:

1. Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessment and functional assessment measures.
2. Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on assessment data.
3. Implement behavioral data systems to collect quantifiable data regularly for evaluating behavior plans and progress.
4. Oversee ongoing individual programs, conduct supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and provide family training sessions as prescribed in the individual treatment plans (ITPs).

Salary: From $90,000 to $97,000 per year.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• BCBA (Required)
• Virginia LBA (Required)
