Location: Cary and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

• Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $101,512 - $126,890

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental disorders.

• Achievable Targets: Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.
• Uncapped Bonus Potential: Earn more by increasing billable hours—work at a pace that suits your lifestyle.
• Growth Opportunities: Progress through BCBA levels I-IV, increasing leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours.
• Autonomy: Full control over your supervision schedule.
• Administrative Support: Our team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, so you can focus on clinical care.
