House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, mission-driven team in a hybrid work model (remote and in-person). The role offers $90,000–$110,000 annually and requires at least 2 years of ABA experience.

You will manage caseloads, supervise school-based and in-home cases, and help shape treatment plans with ethical, compliant practices. The team emphasizes caring for families, collaborative leadership, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and 2+ years ABA experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are preferred.
• Experience with school or home-based settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own caseload of children receiving ABA therapy.
• Provide school-based supervision in person.
• Oversee in-home supervision via telehealth.
• Develop assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Grow relationships with schools and communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
