House of Hearts ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for hybrid work combining remote and in-person duties. The role involves managing an exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients and supervising RBTs in school and home settings.

You will design treatment plans, collaborate with educators, and ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services. We seek mission-driven BCBAs with 1+ years of ABA experience who value a supportive team, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
