Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. You will assess, design and implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, and provide supervision to behavior technicians.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as BCBA required.
• Utah licensing board licensure as an LBA required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
