Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. The BCBA will assess, design, and implement ABA treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, and supervise behavior technicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Utah LBA licensure.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans for individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans and supervise staff.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with the treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs based on results.
• Write client progress reports summarizing data and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Sign-on Bonus for Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA is $3k!

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

• Design behavior intervention plans

• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals

• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
