Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will assess, design, and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans for clients, collaborating with families and professionals to drive progress.

This hybrid position offers a $3k sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule, with supervision and ongoing teamwork to monitor client outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
