Little Champs ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbus, GA. You will assess clients, design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians and other staff.

You will collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective interventions, review progress, and adjust plans based on data. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as BCBA.
• Must be licensed with the Utah licensing board as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with the treatment team to discuss progress and make intervention changes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)
