Job summary

ExpertHiring in Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract, full-time role in a collaborative school-based program. You will support BIPs, data collection, and staff coaching from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday during the 2026–2027 school year.

You will work with teachers, RBTs, and multidisciplinary staff to implement behavioral supports, conduct fidelity checks, and review data to inform interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Conduct fidelity checks and identify gaps in BIP implementation.
• Review behavioral data and recommend evidence-based interventions.
• Train and coach school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.

• Provide behavioral consultation across AFL, satellite, and instructional support programs.

Summary

Join a collaborative special education program where you’ll have a direct impact on student behavior, staff effectiveness, and successful implementation of individualized behavioral supports. This full-time, school-year BCBA role supports multiple programs and the Instructional Support Team, with a strong focus on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavioral data, staff coaching, and consultation. You’ll work closely with teachers, RBTs, behavior team members, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff throughout the school day.

Schedule: Full-time, onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
School Year: 2026–2027
Pay: $55–$65/hour, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.
