Job summary

Woven Care seeks a BCBA for an Early Career role in a pediatric outpatient setting. You will design and oversee ABA programs, collaborate daily with Speech, OT, and PT, and lead parent training to empower families.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team who loves what they do andisexcited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT,not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving.You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.

Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conductassessmentsand program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to doall ofthis well,up to10clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled fromhome,so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

Compensation

Salary ($82,000–$90,000/year).We'llwalk through thedetailsso you understand exactly what your comp looks like. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-based monthly bonus

We reward your hard work!Earn up to $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!
