Woven Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) new graduate to join our pediatric outpatient team. You will design ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise the RBTs, and lead parent training while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of clinicians to support children and families.
New grads are welcomed with onboarding, mentorship, and a gradually increasing caseload of up to 10 clients, enabling growth and confidence in clinical depth.

Documentation flexibility meansas long asyour job responsibilities are met,you can handle notes and indirect tasks fromhome,so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.

Compensation
New BCBAs receive a salary compensation range of $78,000–$82,000/year.Plus, we have a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 ($9,000 annually).
Sign-on bonus
